How do I explain quitting a job after 3 months to a potential employer?

My first job out of college was really stressfull and I was underpaid. I quit after 3 months and am about to go on a job interview. I was not working for 3 weeks before getting this interview. How do I explain the switch without focusing on negative aspects of my old job and without making myself appear to break under pressure. I have already mentioned that I worked there on my resume.

How does one get another job in the financial field (in the Chicago area)?

The types of jobs in which this person is interested are for brokerage, financial planning, trading, etc.
The person does not have any degrees, computer programming skills, and will not do sales.
Any guidance in a new direction for this person would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
